Quick Fruit Cobbler

From: More with Less Cookbook

1/2 C sugar
1/2 C flour
1/2 C milk
1 t baking powder
1/4 t salt
2 C fruit, fresh or frozen

Combine sugar. flour, milk, baking powder and salt in bowl. Pour into greased 9x9 pan. Add the fruit, thickened if necessary. Bake for 40 min at 350 degrees.
