Pancakes

1 1/2 C all purpose flour
1 T sugar
3 t baking powder
1/3 t salt
1 egg, beaten
1 3/4 C milk
2 T vegetable oil

Beat together egg, milk and oil. Blend in dry ingredients and beat until almost smooth. Pout out about 1/4C batter for each pancake onto hot griddle or frying pan.
