1/4 C butter
3 T margarine
2/3 C white sugar
1 egg, beaten
2 1/4 C all purpose flour
1 t salt
4 t baking powder
1 C milk
1 1/4 C blueberries
Mix butter, margarine and sugar until light and creamy. Beat in egg. Add rest of ingredients. Fold in blueberries. Spoon into muffin cups and bake at 400 for 25-30 min.
