2 eggs
2 cup all purpose flour or whole wheat
1/2 cup vegetable oil or butter, melted
1 3/4 cup milk
1 tablespoon brown sugar
4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon Salt
Heat waffle iron. Beat eggs with hand beater in medium bowl
until fluffy.Beat in remaining ingredients just until smooth. Pour
batter from cup or pitcher onto center of hot waffle iron. Bake about 5
minutes or until steaming stops. Remove waffle carefully. (I use a
lot of nonstick spray to coat the iron before each waffle - otherwise
these can be a nightmare).
Makes twelve 4-inch waffles.
