Kennedy Klan Pancakes

1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 tablespoon sugar
3 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 egg, beaten
1 3/4 cup milk
2 tablespoon vegetable oil

Beat together egg, milk and oil. Blend in dry ingredients and beat until almost smooth. Pour out about 1/4c batter for each pancake onto hot griddle or frying pan.
