2-3 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 4-6 breasts)
1 t garlic powder
1 t cumin
1/2 t chili powder
1/2 t smoked paprika (optional)
1/4 t black pepper
16 oz jar MILD green salsa
8oz cream cheese
salt to taste
rice for serving
Place all ingredients except cream cheese in Instant Pot, pressure cook for 10 mins. Remove chicken. Add cream cheese and use immersion blender to blend. Cut up chicken and return to sauce. Serve over rice.
(Can cook in oven in 9x13, same as above, just cook until done, remove meat, blend cream cheese into sauce)
